YIELD: About 3/4 quart

1-2/3 cups almond milk

4 tablespoons honey

1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional)

4 egg yolks

1/4 cup almond butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 cup toasted almonds

⅛ cup crushed chocolate bar pieces

⅛ cup cacao nibs

⅛ cup Caramel (page 107)
